This subdivision was fully developed by ERNA Properties, LLC including underground utilities, streets, curbs, sidewalks, and extensive larger scale retaining walls.  Nine custom homes were designed and constructed by ERNA Properties, LLC.  Each home included a two-car garage, basement, and five bedrooms with one bedroom located on the first floor.

Coastal Home Restoration

A major storm devastated this bayview home located in LBI, New Jersey.  The home was eventually abandoned and neglected for several years.  The new owner commenced with an intense vetting process evaluating several qualified General Contractors due to the severe condition of the property.  ERNA Properties, LLC was awarded the contract involving the restoration of both the exterior and interior of the property.

Middletown Investment Property

This investment property was completely remodeled on the exterior and interior by ERNA Properties, LLC.

New yellow vinyl siding was installed, black raised panel shutters, front porch with white vinyl railings, and black front door with glass sidelight.  The screen room was converted to a sunroom with lots of windows, heating and cooling, and a gas fireplace.  Entry-level vanities, fixtures, and finishes.  The hardwood floors were refinished, painted white kitchen cabinets, and the entire house was painted with neutral colors.  

Point Pleasant Investment Property

Point Pleasant investment property is located on the canal.  The property was purchased at the county sheriff's sale. The property was cleaned inside and out by ERNA Properties, LLC followed by remodeling all bathrooms and the kitchen with modest materials.  Luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed on most of the first floor and new carpet on the second floor.  The entire house was painted with neutral colors.

Patios, decks, and porches are extensions of the house.  These features when designed properly add another level of comfort, and enjoyment with more space for entertaining and relaxing.
